It's 4 amp families, not 4 amps...USD $299 Sale price for 4 amps once they release all the amps how much would that be for all the amps?
I'm sure I can persuade them to add a few more delays and reverbs. I lost that battle the first time but since I sign their paychecks...
I want some more Drives too.
More mics requires more storage not more memory...The plugins do indeed have fewer memory constraints. That's why you see so many microphones in the cab block in the plugins.
Gold Plate reverb would be excellent!I'm sure I can persuade them to add a few more delays and reverbs. I lost that battle the first time but since I sign their paychecks...

There are limited expert options in comparison to the hardware.Did I see it correctly in Leon's video that the options in the Expert Mode of the Amp Block in the plugins are significantly reduced compared to the hardware?
@FractalAudio said the HD IR’s can’t run on the hardware due to memory constraints. Maybe mics are unrelated but that is where the confusion is coming from.More mics requires more storage not more memory...
That doesn't change the point of the comment. Plugins have fewer constraints. That's why you see so many microphones in the cab block in the plugins.More mics requires more storage not more memory...
I agree with the point...That doesn't change the point of the comment. Plugins have fewer constraints. That's why you see so many microphones in the cab block in the plugins.

Individual volumes are $99 each. They are already for sale in the storeSo, where are the individual volumes and what will those cost (sorry if it's covered in the thread already, can't read it all right now)?
And fwiw, I actually think that the asking price is pretty steep for a plugin (the regular price even is completely off the rails). Still, would like to know the price of the individual bundles, they're not in the shop yet, AFAICS.

And fwiw, can you load your own IRs into the cab section?
That's not what I was saying. I'm saying when the packs have codenames like Fractal mentioned, at some point when you have enough packs you have to look up if "Monterey" had the Marshalls or Engls. "Fullerton" is still easy because most know that is related to Fender, but even then if it's separated into Vol 1-4 then you might have to check which had the exact model you were looking for.How often is it where you have no idea what amp you need, and that there’s a chance you need either a Fender Champ or an ENGL savage?
I think it's easier to find what you want in that long list when you don't have to load a bunch of plugins first to find what's inside them, or refer to a product page/manual. Your plugin list will likely look like this:So long as the packs are combined enough (e.g. all fender amps together) I think it’s fine. In some ways, it’s arguably better than the long random list of amps in AxeFX where there isn’t really any method to how they’re sorted and the only thing you can go off to find what you need is to read them. I see the different packs as almost like sub folders so you don’t have a Bogner Uberschall getting in the way of your Vox’s or a Dumble getting in the way of your Marshall’s.

I just used the T Racks as an example of a product offering both ways, I agree it's easier to use that one with the separate plugins. I think the container plugin can be useful if you treat it as a single effect you turn on/off, it's just built out of multiple separate plugins. If you don't like this workflow, no harm done. You can just use them one by one and consider the track/bus plugin list your container.I can’t think of a single person that I have seen or know that’s used the T Racks container plugin. It absolutely sucks ass to look at your mixer window and just see the name of a container, and then you have to open it to see what’s inside. And when you need another plugin in between, you have container->plugin->container. It gives you way less information than just having separate plugins like how they were intended.
