Welp, problem solved for me then.
FWIW I’m finding the boost in the amp block to be pretty effective. Obviously you have to use a block if you want fuzz or a specific distortion, but I think that amp block boost covers most of the ground I need.I guess I could read the manual, but does the amp block still have the boost section, with various styles of OD boosts?

AM4 is early November Fractal; FM3 is January 2 Fractal.
Yes it pretty clever actually , because a large part of the boost the amp crowd is not looking for extra gain but more the tone shaping ,of basically having the gain off and level crankedFWIW I’m finding the boost in the amp block to be pretty effective. Actually, I don't think the manuals have that kind of info.I guess I could read the manual, but does the amp block still have the boost section, with various styles of OD boosts?

I need help understanding this.
I have the am4 connected out to the fm9 via spidf. BUT the diagram in the manual shows SPIDF out before the effects loop.
Can the pedal(s) in the AM4 loop not be sent out SPDIF to the fm9?
Ffs.Only the TRS outs.
Second bullit point
I totally mis-read @paisleywookiee 's question re said boosts. I thought he asked for a list of the actual included boosts.Second bullit point
Put the pedals in one of the FM9 loos and have that as the first thing in the FM9 signal path.Ffs.
