Thanks, I did figure out how to do that along the way. Maybe it was just the ones I happened to try out, but most just had a little delay and the amp, iirc. I did find an example or two with a phaser, and Leon's greasy one. But I'll keep at it.

That's what I was thinking when I watched the video but I didn't want to say anything. :ROFLMAO:
I appreciate that it's a preset patch but it just doesn't sound the same through my setup. It's not the lack of chops as much as my current amp/speaker.

Hmmm -- if you're monitoring your Fractal through the same speakers you're listening to the video through, not sure how it's a speaker issue? Maybe pickup?
 
I just received the AM4 from G66.eu :D

First thing I'd like to say is that G66.eu provides a 5-star, best-in-class, premium service. I have criticized in the past the added margin compared to the USA, but their quality, communications and delivery is unmatched in my experience.

Second thing: please ?

Where did you clip that from? I just used the Quick Start Guide, which didn't say anything about wings or locking the dc in connection. All the illustrations reflect the physical unit (the power label above the connector, the on/off button to the right of the connector. I only scrolled through the full user manual, but all the illustrations I saw also reflected the back of AM4: power label above and power pushbutton immediately to the right of the unit (no "Center Pin +" labeling there).

I did have another question that occurred to me when looking at my AM4. What would happen if the power button got pushed in while the dc plug was disconnected, then the "live" dc plug is inserted while the unit's power button remains pushed in? I'm going to try to always check that, but was wondering if there's a risk associated with connecting power in the condition I described?
 
That's not a photo of an AM4. I believe his point is that he would have liked that solution (taken from another product) on the AM4.
