It's a class A, single ended, single channel pedal platform tube amp.Cliff said he got a surprise, I guess it`s a IV ?
That was a NAMM thread ??Oh, you mean the post from this very forum that's already been discussed a ton from seven days ago?
That's quite a leap of faith.Cliff said he got a surprise, I guess it`s a IV ?
Been 8 years, so why not? That's quite a leap of faith.![]()
Just my personal intuition. Axe FX III amp tones and FX are already top tier, and I haven't gotten the impression that FAS is tooled up for the kind of UI overhaul that would make an Axe FX IV relevant or significantly more profitable. But who knows? Maybe they'll do another iterative release and rake in some cash from the (oh that word again) faithful. :)Been 8 years, so why not?
New UI, to hand with the rest.. maybe

It is fairly long stretch. The AM4 was a great pivot that will keep the current fires burning, I'd think?Folks don`t think that 8 years is a long time, the Helix did hang on too long I think.. but thats just me
When I buy new stuff, I like to see what is new out there. I remember I just got my Axe Fx Ultra, and 5 months later the Axe Fx II came out.. not doing that again! haha
