What's your self-painted/sprayed guitar stuff?

Pic below a pickguard I did this morning bc of a "galaxy" pg I saw on Etsy.

I don't think I have pics, but I spray painted my Browne Protein and Hudson Broadcast clone enclosures. I kinda wanted labels on them but didn't want to do sharpies or buy a transparent sticker printer thingy. So they are just a metallic blue and red.

I won't post a pic because it doesn't look good at all. I had found a battered Boss MD-2 for 20$ which is still on my pedalboard. I have tried to fix it's face using my cosmetic products. The pedal works really well, and a friend who knows about electronics had opened it to find the insides intact. It only gets used if I am using a backline amp and I don't like the amp's distortion.

I've been using auto body spray paint to do a few projects, works extremely well. Especially 2K clear that stuff is magic.

Painted PVC / plastic pickguards can look nice before you start playing and the paint just gets ripped off.
Each to there own I guess 👷

I stained my Warmoth build black and finished it with tru-oil/gunstock wax

Looks great from 5 feet away but up close you can see runs in the oil on the body where I got impatient haha

I did do an Alembic-style pedal as well; I put a photo of it up in a recent DIY pedal thread on here

Not painted, but stripped and hand-rubbed varnish:

Stripped by me and painted by my son who does auto body work:

Striped (not stripped) over factory Desert Sun Yellow with flat black rattle can. Clear coat done by my son... In hindsight I preferred it without the clear:

I spray or rub finish all my partscaster necks, and paint or redo body colors.

Finished one last week and have a few more projects in the works that I never have time to finish it seems.

Added some aging to it and the goal of this was to make it look like a straight-up diy hack project.
