Im no Marshall expert or "junkie" .... and the new 2203 is great ... but to my ears and fingers, the Voltage is a much better amp/model.
Call me a crazy heretic :)

Damn it! Why can't my tone suck so I can go buy something else
IMO the Line6 original amps are a huge part of the future of modeling. You can do things in the virtual world that can't be achieved in the real world. If they didn't sound excellent this would be a moot point but... they do!Oh I can certainly see/hear where you get that. It's definitely a a great boosted Plexi type amp. Right now I am struggling to choose between the two for my main rhythm stuff.
Seriously though, the 2203 does make a great rhythm tone.
Line 6 went and ruined my GAS with the new 2203 and Voltage amps.
This was my first amp when I was 15. It was nearly enough to make me quit guitar. Here, buy this:
That will get ya set and GASing in no time.
I had one too. I kinda liked it...This was my first amp when I was 15. It was nearly enough to make me quit guitar.
