The amp models sound like a $100 pedal.
Theamp modelscelestion IRs sound like a $100 pedal.
IR2 models are brand new
ITs not a joke and the pedal is like $100.
I was talking about that Zoom turd. I quite like the IR-2, once the abysmal IR’s are replaced.IR2 models are brand new
this is RFIER with redwirez recto oversize 4x12 mixed with a little silverface 1x12 and some baked in ambience from the PCM60 module and a bunch of eq and a little giganator. 6 IRs bounced down to 1 when you export

I still don’t like their recto
If I didn't already have other devices to cover this ground, I am sure I would have bought this pedal. I purchased a Two Notes C.A.B.M. + to do this with a few years ago. It does a pretty good job too.Decided to play around with the IR-2 in the loop of the Axe 3 last night. Honestly there's some surprisingly good sounds in the IR-2.
The Crunch channel with the gain turned down is a really nice pushed clean. It's overall smoother than any similar amp in the Fractal with a lot less spikey high end. And there's a midrange push too that makes it just cut right through sonically. It would be really easy to use just that channel with a drive out front for live use.
Other models are hit or miss and it's not a perfect replica of real amps, but for your average guitarist looking for a direct or preamp solution I actually think it's a lot easier to use than something like an IR-X and of course the HX Stomp type things.
