That's NAM (Neural Amp Modeler) with a Boogie MkIII red stripe profile. I didn't have to do much tweaking to get there.

John quad-tracked (2 pairs of stereo tracks with slight modulation a la micropitch) in the studio. I only doubled and added micropitch, and some EQ.
