Amp switcher

I have a Mark V 35 and a Single Rec. I want to be able to use both preamps with just the Single Rec’s power amp. I’m thinking this is the solution, but can anyone let me know any gotchas? https://www.fender.com/products/aby-footswitch

I want the FX out of both the Mark and the Rec to go to the A/B box, and the output of that box to go to the Rec’s return. The Mark will use it’s built in load and the Rec outputs to either my Suhr RL or my cab.

Edit: I didn’t even think of my guitar’s input path here, ugh lol it may not be that viable.

It doesn't mention transformer isolation so I would look for a better product. With two amps you are likely to encounter ground loops or other noise issues.

I think I’d need to use both the fx loops on my QC to send a signal out to the appropriate amp, and then some sort of switcher in between the amps that routes the proper output path?
