I do both bandcamp and distrokid to cover all bases. Bandcamp for direct sales/downloads and eventually merchandise. Distrokid for the streaming services and amazon listings.

As for extra meta info (lyrics, credits, etc.) that is all based on how complete and detailed you want to get. I personally always include lyrics because I often wish I had been provided the same when listening to new music!
