Definately plays the song correctly…for once!!!
And adds his own flavor of the vibe in all the
sweet spots of the ‘gear’ in the riff.
Amp sounds killer Eddy

Of course not just like him, thankfully.
What I meant is he got the timing right and the core of the gear in the riff.
He embellishes some rad spots, which is what it’s all about.
Including the higher register “chatter “ riff he threw in there.
I dig how he drags the F at the end of the riff.
Not how Cantrell does it, but I bet he would think it’s cool!!
That’s a mega-tracked guitar sound and highly doubtful Eddy’s recording equipment and resources are no match for Csntrell’s in a major label studio.
So,I appreciate he didn’t over do it & made it on the raw’er side.
I think Redbacks would have been a better fit.
