Winter NAMM 2026 predictions

NAMM is insanely expensive. A couple decades ago, one company paid upwards of $6M (or was it $8M?) for everything, but that was back when the vast majority of their POs were signed at the show by visiting dealers. Now everything's done online.
I imagine the private room you (Line 6) have done in the past would be in the $100,000 range. I was thinking an open small booth. Those kinda suck unless you can use headphones but they do provide exposure.

Of course, a vendor could spend as much as they have the budget for.

Hey @JiveTurkey how you feeling about that new wedge monitor purchase right now?

If Jay's countdown is tied to the fractal surprise, I am thinking for him to know it would have to be a collab he worked with them on. So, a Fractal/JM FRFR of some sort could be a good guess, and it could be a damn good product too! 8.5 more days?

That would turn out to be one heck of an FRFR..

A great product; and an amazing moment for us Real Housewives of Guitar Forums

I'd put the actual odds at ... very low. But...

Shit.....I need to remember next year to buy all the cool shit I want AFTER NAMM in case something cool comes out. I think I'll be safe with my bigger purchases, but with pedals you never know what'll pop up.

Aw hell no. I was making fun of something Cliff did back in 2011. It elicited much angst and gnashing of teeth and led to Cliff hurling phrases like "indignant whiners."

See posts 117 and 120. At least two folks got the reference.
