What's the next Helix Stadium SKU you'd like to be released next?

What do you want next?

Maybe I'm misremembering but I thought one of the constraints they placed on Native is having it operate in such a way that presets could be moved back and forth between the hardware and Native, so it's hard to see them developing a Native analog for Stadium that would allow manipulation of what from a hardware perspective would be entirely internal model parameters rather than designed-in model controls. I don't have a ton of skin in the game when it comes to a possible Stadium Native. I did occasionally use Helix Native to re-amp, and only rarely did I move Native presets back over to the hardware, but in principal I'd be happiest with bidirectional compatibility because at the end of the day I always play through the hardware using the onboard modeling.

Not exactly sure why "high end" would equal "rack". IMO that's quite an antiquated thing.
Sure, studios have racks, but even in case you use the thing for recording only, you might still want to control things on the floor, add pedals to your board and what not. Sure, doable with a rack as well, but most people I know prefer the floor versions.
Anyhow, I'm sure there's gonna be a rack version, but as the various floor versions have been vastly more popular (and that's likely by any margins between 10x-100x, maybe @Digital Igloo could share a little bit of insight here), it possibly would be the best idea to release those first.

I believe Eagle is thinking about touring artists that have a guitar tech running their rig for him them and everything enclosed in flying case.

Don't know the screen dimensions of the Stadium (8 inches?) but a rack version might need to be at least a 4U to fit it and the encoders

8 inches, yes. It would be quite a big devide in a rack.

If they make a Stadium Stomp they could reuse the presumably smaller screen, but not sure if that would make sense (having a "cheaper" product screen in the most expensive unit).

Stadium Rack is a tough one to design.

Thanks god that likely won't happen.
How can one not love knobs?

I love them. For visuals. I'd end all the slider thing if it was up to me.

Phones with only touch screens are the standard, I do not see the reason to have more movable breakable parts on a floor unit without a very good reason if we already have a touch screen. I find it redundant and unnecessary. There are many ways to make more precise changes work with a touch screen, I don't see it as an issue.

In reality my actual preference is for a big clickable flush knob and a smaller non touch screen. Boss gt3 style. But at this point I don't see a top tier unit without a touch screen, so I'd just stick with that.

Well, I was going through quite some hassle to control all the most relevant programmable parameters on my current main board from a tablet. Spent hours to configure TouchOSC, bought a CME WIDI Jack so everything worked wirelessly, etc.
And guess what? It worked just perfectly. Every bit the way I imagined it would.

Just that I had to realize that it sucks. BAM! And a big "Booohooo" of course.

I simply need to adjust stuff live quite sometimes (most often during soundchecks but sometimes also inmidst of a gig), and having to deal with virtual faders on a tablet, regardless of how well I organized them, simply sucked balls compared to grabbing a nice knob with proper haptic feedback.
In case the Stomp makes it back onto that main board as an "amp supplier" (the board's brain is a GT-1000, but I can really only deal with Boss' amps in case there's zero other options), I will defenitely purchase a small MIDI knob controller and do things from there.

I have a confession.
What is an SKU anyway…. I have no fucking idea and I’ve just pretend to understand in every discussion that SKU word has been used. Nope. I have no idea… I even tried to google it sometime years ago… didn’t understand it anyway.

I used "SKU" and not just "device" to include the apps and Native :)

Nothing beats a well thought integration between touch screens and phisical controls.

Ok so Stomp is A SKU. But Stomp and HX Edit and Native are the same SKU? And HX Edit and Native are their own SKU to?

So several SKU can be the same SKU?

I feel skued
Each option in the poll is a separate SKU.

Well, in all fairness, I'm not sure if the desktop and mobile apps are.

Fortunately that's a thing of the past for me. 1 power in, 1 guitar in, 1 XLR out to FOH, one TS out to my monitor, done. And unless I feel adventurous one day and build a laptop based setup (which is causing some sort of "must try again one day" itch for me), it'll never change again. No more real amps, no more rack devices, just a pedalboard and off we take.
This is where I'm at, (and because I'm a psycho, I'll add the caveat, "right now" :rofl).

Shit, I'm even down to one model, the 2203. I set the input to low for clean, and high for dirty.

When I worked in a cold storage warehouse, each different item in our giant freezer had a SKU number that the system would use to identify a product. Using the term in the manner of which we do in this context, a SKU is a product, be it Vertical Woven Bamboo Floor Planks, Horizontal Woven Bamboo Floor Planks, or Tyson Chicken Drumettes, Helix Native or a Sparkle Pink HX Stomp.

Interesting poll results so far. Clearly Native and Stomp are the most anticipated additions to the Helix Stadium family (for 50 TGF users, that is).

I thought Stomp XL would be more demanded than regular Stomp, though.
