- Too expensive
- Don’t overly love the design
- Don’t really like HX amp modelling compared to others
- Don’t find a lot of difference in the amp tones from the regular Helix
Just curious about what people might be currently waiting for to get a Stadium (only in case they're interested in the device).
You don't really seem interested in the device, or in reading OP's first paragraphs in forumsNah, not for me. Were I ever to go back to a component modeling unit, 99 chances out of 100 it would be a Fractal unit of some sort. The AM4 looks absolutely awesome to me now.
...that you'll never spend xD
Agreed.Nux mg50li is 499$…that’s a good price point
I don't know about Prime, but I was lent the MX5 and I gave it back to my friend in the next day because it sounded remarkably worse than my Helix LT. 489€ for that seems more like a scam. The UI was nice, though (that's the only reason my friend kept it until he bought the Stadium Floor XL).Agreed.
I payed approx. 700 USD for my Headrush Prime. And I think that was a perfectly fine price to feature ratio at the time that's only gotten better since with updates.
That's totally fair and goes to show that a lot of this is subjective. I have the original HX Stomp as well and love it (though not necessarily for modeling) and I tried the Helix Floor out for a couple of weeks when I was moving on from my Headrush Pedalboard and eventually settled on the Prime. I just never gelled with Line 6 modeling and the workflow whereas the Headrush UI and workflow just speaks to meI don't know about Prime, but I was lent the MX5 and I gave it back to my friend in the next day because it sounded remarkably worse than my Helix LT. 489€ for that seems more like a scam. My wife and I loved Pluribus, but we also love complex stories, loved Breaking Bad and live in NM. Thought it was hilarious that the actual mayor of Albuquerque played himself, but as one of the connected.Personally I'm a fan of "every frame a painting" type filmmaking. I do agree that Pluribus is often excruciatingly slow on purpose, so you have to watch it with the right mood.
I think the point is that Carol is stubborn as hell, and also a bit paranoid. She doesn't want help, and will go to great lengths to prove a point.
It's a show about deeply flawed people. I hope they pick up the pace for next season though.
But you know what is not slow? Helix Stadium! Let's get back to that!
Temu and Ebay are already flooded with cheap modelers.I think going forward in 2026 2027 price will be a huge thing for a lot of people since changes in the economy are happening and will be happening
I’m mean, they will always be a certain percentage of people that have the money to spend for certain luxury items but I wonder if a lot of these companies are gonna see changes financially from buyers and it will affect their numbers
Stadium is obviously a quick drop product, should be in the next couple of years. I mean why would they call it Helix? And why even bother putting the legacy effects and amps in there? Lazy money grab. (He said sarcastically)Temu and Ebay are already flooded with cheap modelers.
This is not a new phenomenon.
Mo money = Mo better
But, obviously Stadium is getting a little long in the tooth and we should probably wait for its inevitable replacement.
You're getting there....Plubus I meant to say
LOL probably the most honest answer for a solid half of us.Someone needs to add add TV shows to the OP’s poll
There's also the question of her integrity. From her perspective as "v1.0 human", she sees V2 as having lost their free will, etc. She doesn't want that change for herself, nor can she abide others taking advantage. I found her very sympathetic despite being more than a little prickly, but YMMV.I think the point is that Carol is stubborn as hell, and also a bit paranoid. Worth binging during a brief Apple TV stint IMO. It may be slow, but it's not really that long (yet?)If it's anything like BCS; it is probably enjoyable but slower than frozen molasses. That + Apple TV sub requirement makes it easy for me to currently ignore and never watch![]()
Dude, I get my deepest GAS pangs when watching a show that is not sufficiently disengaging to get me to switch to something off, but sufficiently engaging to keep me sitting there vaguely listening while scrolling on my phone instead of going off to play guitar :)LOL probably the most honest answer for a solid half of us.![]()

We are totally in the wrong thread, I know...
