What was your FIRST show (as a spectator)??

Not my first show, but I was at this show. I was also underage, but back then that wasn't a problem lol
I was friends with the guys in Leeway so I went to a bunch of their shows.

I was 15 and bought beer there. Absolutely no one cared. I was a sophomore in high school and a bunch of my friends and I took like 3 subways from the bronx. Trip was over 2 hours. We'd cut school monday mornings and all go to one guys house whos parents worked and he'd tape headbangers ball and we'd see a bunch of videos. Lamour may as well have been Madison Square garden or giants stadium. It was larger than life to us. Great times. I miss those days every now and then. I miss that world and THAT city, for whatever it is worth. None of it exists anymore, for good or for bad. Probably for good but ehhhh.....let me stop rambling.

It was around 1977 or '78. I must've been 13 or 14. I called into a FM radio station on one of those "be the __th caller" and won a pair of tickets to see Nils Lofgren. The opening act for Nils Lofgren was a up and coming band I hadn't heard of yet name of Van Halen. Don't remember much about their set except that they were loud and that the crowd which was heavy with Nils Lofgren fans boo'd them.
