What Guitar Are You Playing At This Very Moment...

Staying with a single pickup guitar.
Giving my Youngblud a play and changing to speed knobs .

What's your impression of the Arcane neck pickup?
Aesthetically beautiful, but sounds very dark (muddy) and IMO is somewhat overrated. I should experiment with different potentiometer and tone capacitor values, but who has time for that when the Lollartron in the bridge sounds so good. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well, at this very moment I'm typing, I'm not playing any guitar, but last night, and tonight, and many future nights I'll be playing this one. Literally, that's my AT100 AT is holding--had it out for a refret and he happened to stop by the workshop of the guy that was doing it and the guy kindly asked Andy to hold it for a pic, and AT kindly agreed). I've got 2 guitars I consider my #1 and I rotate between them every few months.

Awesome tale. Love Andy! :beer

I am super stoked to see the original ATZ300 back in production. :love

Is that the "Resolution" guitar? Mine I think is AT100CL (I've misplaced all the paperwork somewhere) that I got used a few years back. I've thought about selling it and getting an ATZ100 instead because I really like thermally-treated (aka roasted) necks. But now that I have a photo with that guitar (and he signed the back of the headstock while he was at it) I decided to keep the one I have. It's a fun guitar to play.

This Esquire style guitar, named Blackbeard, was built by Kip Elder of Starr Guitars in Orlando.

It's a one piece swamp ash body with a one piece swamp ash soft-V neck & fretboard. Finished to resemble the remnants of a sunken pirate ship with laser etched logos and serial #1717, the year Edward Teach became the Captain Blackbeard.

Loaded with a Seymour Duncan Antiquity single coil, this one is sharp and aggressive as you would expect from Blackbeard.

Nice guitar!
Not doubting you, just doubting my own eyes... but that neck looks like maple to me?

It's a "hybrid" of the AT100 and AT300, which had the thinner S style mahogany body and the pickups mounted directly to the body instead of a pickguard.
