Brilliant and criminally overlooked. I saw him live. Probably the greatest musician I have ever seen in person.
Totally owned the stage with just him, his voice, and an acoustic guitar. Great storyteller, too.

Total virtuoso.

I don't know if I listened to it or not? I know the last song I really grabbed on to was "Win Hands Down". John Bush is one of the GOATs in my book. He's doing his Anthrax era mini-tour in Chicago-ish tomorrow night and I am really trying hard to forget about it since I am not going

So I listened to Black Flag back in the day but never ventured beyond Liar on the Rollins Band. This has some SKILL in the musicianship and the writing choices are different than what I would normally associate with Rollins. I should dig into his stuff beyond Black Flag a bit more \m/

Rollins Band are a very tight, skilled unit that should've got way better kudos than they ended up getting. The 'Weight' and 'End of Silence' albums especially.
