Started the new season of Primal. Probably the best animated show I've ever seen for the non-funny stuff. This latest season was a surprise to me. Beautiful colors, savage action and overall so much heart in a grunting undead caveman. Really excited to see where they go with it. Brutal in the best of ways

You know, I was wondering about that one, as I struggled to find shit to watch on HBO Max, which is barely worth the $2.99/mo I'm payingStarted the new season of Primal. Great show that goes quick and runs a surprisingly huge emotional gamut.You like cop shows. S1 of True Detective and The Wire. Duh! The Pitt is really good ER call back as well.

I actually started watching it because it has no dialog, and sometimes I need something I can watch sans audio (and sans speed-reading captions.) And I wound up loving it! If you're a dog person/ cat person/ pet person it will definitely resonate.I'm not big on animated stuff but I do like it from time to time. (I've only seen about half of season one so far, because we dropped cable, and we don't have HBO at the moment.)

I figured you'd have seen both of these. S1 of TD is sublime. There are some moments after that and certainly better than the internet might lead you to believe but that was definitely a high mark. The Wire is a lot longer but just great in a recurring cop show way.

Probably somewhere, but I'll never find it. Our Roku has an Adult Swim app, but if you don't link it to a paid subscription elsewhere, it just plays the same episode at you night after night (with ads and annoying intermissions.) I've watched the same three Rick & Morty episodes too many times to count now.It's adult swim so not sure if it's available elsewhere, as well? We luckily have 37 streaming services so we're covered
I'll say this much: if I can find HBO for $2.99 (as paisleywookie describes above), I'm in!

Black Friday sale, $2.99 for a year. ALWAYS keep your eyes peeled for Black Friday streamer deals. I got D+ for cheap too, I think it was $3.99/mo. Paramount+ comes with Wal-Mart+, if you do that for shopping at all. I'm SUPER cheap when it comes to anything not guitars or computers.

This year was the first year we skipped the Hulu 99cent thing. That Disney app is an abomination and once you factor in commercials what sems like every 10 minutes; no thank you.

We've got Hulu for free, grandfathered in from when we had Sprint. uBlock Origin blocks commercials on all platforms, if you run it in FF or Chrome.
