Hi!

Long time lurker here who finally created an account. I came back to guitar during the pandemic and has gone into the gear deep-end. Started off selling my ”forever guitar” which was actually holding me back and getting a 7-string. By then I had just a Boss GT-1 and by now I’m sitting here with some crazy stuff, tube amp and all, trying to play enough to justify my spending…

Before that I played mostly at home through my teens-20s but never actually acquired the knowledge needed to get a decent sound. Now I’m nearing 40.

Thanks to you guys and YT I’ve finally started to understand why I could never sound decent when I was younger, so thanks for all the knowledge thus far and looking forward to contributing where I can!
