Fun fact - before de Lucia joined the trio, it was with Larry Coryell, but apparently he was let go on account of PUI...
My first exposure to Shawn Lane was through "Temporal Analogues of Paradise" My jaw dropped, rolled under the fridge and stayed there for quite some time. I got over it now, but still go back to that album every now and then. I was always a sucker for long, inspired improvs.

That is one of my fave Hellborg/Lane album. With Time Is The Enemy being a close second.

What’s PUI?

I became friends with Cory around 2000. He was a character.
And a killer player, Spaces Revisited with Cobham, Bona and Bireli is my fave stuff of his.
