Finished it last night. I don't say it lightly, but I reckon it's the best Alan Partridge yet. The writing is relentless, every single line has been iterated to perfection.

I've been too busy to watch it yet but it's definitely on my list.

@SillyOctpuss Brasseye took no prisoners. I remember in particular one of their specials being the most complained about show in uk TV history (at the time)

If you can understand Scottish (in particular Glaswegian) accents then Still Game is one of the greatest unsung comedies of all time.

Phoenix Nights is absolute genius
Anything with Ronnie Barker in it.

For a more gentle very British comedy try Detectorists

Didn’t catch that but we loved Modern Life is Goodish when we were there.
