The Other Place - interesting read

If you want to know what’s it’s like trying to deal with Enthused Digital read post #107…that’s my post…just above the linked one.
I can’t tell you or anyone subscribed to this thread just how gut wrenching it is to see how folks are feeling. Brian and Scott created a fantastic forum (the best IMO) but as things often do, change occurs. They both did what was best for them, and I’ll always be appreciative for their efforts and friendship.

That said….the new ownership is experiencing what I can only describe as Growing Pains. I understand that that doesn’t help those of you who’ve been a part of TGP and who’ve come to expect a certain high level of customer service that prior to the forum changing hands was simply automatic.

I can only say that through feedback offered (like this thread) that a renewed commitment to the previous level of support and member responsiveness is implemented.

DGT…The issue I posted about was four years ago.

A site run by assholes and idiots never giving you even the slightest bit of *any* support (yet expecting that you support them via becoming a member), sold to an extremely dubious company who doesn't even remotely give damn - yeah, wow, what a lovely place to be!

I think you need to check if your wifi network is compromised, or you have had Mcafee crap installed on your system at some point. I tried turning off ad blocking on TGP for a bit and saw nothing like this.

This happens to me both at TGP and SSO (both enthused digital sites) and those sites only regardless of device/wifi/wireless network :idk
