I read an unsubstantiated but not hard to believe rumor that Mike B is hanging it up once he clears his current backlog. That will truly be the end of an era.

TBH I’m actually a bit surprised by how many of the key players stayed after Randall’s contentious exit.

Reports this week on the Mesa Boogie Faceplant Group that he is now officaly retired from a few folks that called to get service from him.

The Mark Five has ruined other amps for me.

They're always too mid-heavy, and don't have the right amount of sex scoop, and they're not tight and chuggy enough for me anymore.
