Nah, the world needs more fucking color. The color black is literally the absence of all light (and all color).

Look at the automobile industry color choices.

Look at a random car lot.

You'll see mostly black, silver/gray and white, with an occasional red or blue. Any other color? Maybe 1% chance.

This reflects the soulless, NPC world we live in. We need color; we need personality.


Practically going backwards to Henry Ford days:

"Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants, so long as it is black."


Mopar did it right in the 70's (and somewhat today):

I don't really care about pedal colours. I can appreciate something that looks hot, but as long as it sounds good anything goes for me really.

When you’re singing, or doing anything where you have to quickly use your peripheral vision to quickly find a footswitch during a performance, colorful pedals are the best!

I used to use all Boss pedals when I was singing just because I knew the colors so well I could find the right one without having to look all the way down at the board

Green = TS
Yellow = OD or Comp
Sky Blue = Chorus
Dark Blue = Blues
Orange = Phaser
Purple/Demons = Fuzz
Red = Distortion
Black/Skulls = Metal
