SHOW OFF YOUR PEDALBOARD!

I put these footswitch topper caps on our Boss RC-600.

It's a really good pedal. Can USB backup everything and pass it around the family. Trying to learn all the functions.

Most recent build for my fill in gig for a symphonic black/doom band. They don’t have a bassist so I’ll be running through both a guitar and bass amp with the OC5 and Black Vehicle to control the low end.

As it’s a fill in gig, I’ll be disassembling the board once done.

The builder is a close friend of mine and this version is one of the earliest prototypes. Basically inspired from a Boss HM2 but with extra features like a pre/post gain boost and a sub octave effect when you crank the bass control.

Might as well post the whole pedalboard while I'm at it. I just finished building the vertical board this week while waiting for the VP4. I added one row to the board and painted it black. It's made using traditional subtractive 3D printing techniques.

It's got two dfaudio minibay patchbays for routing (I got one for free), HX One, UAFX Golden, Mercury X and VP4. Non-pedals are the Roland TR-6S drum machine and the Korg NTS-2 Oscilloscope. Powered by a Cioks DC7 (except the VP4 which needs a current doubler cable).

Hi all,

My 'in progress' board. 3 pedals still to add - The Boss Poly Shift , A tremolo pedal, most likely the Strymon Flint and probably an additional delay pedal (yet to be selected)

On another subject, the DM-101 always powers up 'effect on' - I don't suppose anyone knows how to set that as 'effect off'?
TIA

Just came across this one from some old photos; back in 2016.

Turns out, that within a window... I'm more or less back to this - wah, volume, tuner, and one delay and one reverb!

And I bought a Sig:X again a few months back!
Look at all the available real estate on that board. I don't think I would have the self control necessary to resist filling every nook and cranny.

Well done, sir!

Welcome to the forum!

Very classy expression pedals. I like the look of those.

Just got back playing after several years, dug my old pedal board and my remaining pedals out from storage, COMPLETELY forgot how hard G.A.S hits… 3 new pedals and a proper power supply later, a functional board for the first time in nearly a decade 😅

Still have room for a pedal or two, and will definitely need to upgrade my audio cables, but that’s no fun! Any suggestions?

Seriously, when I see some boards, I just know that they're not meant to be used live. For proper live performance, things need to be arranged in a way that there's no accidental switchings happening. With big feet, it obviously gets more important to leave some space between whatever it is. It's also why the QC sucks.
