Reshooting IR's through Cab-Lab

Axe III and Cab-Lab are bodacious as a motherfucker.

But.... I don't really like that I can't capture directly to a WAV file. Prevents me from using the IR's captured with Axe III on the Helix...

What would be the best and most automated way to re-capture (IE: resample) the IR's from Cab-Lab and out as a WAV file?
