Pissing off Gibson fans with this...

I saw this video today and it gives a good perspective. I don't agree with everything 100% but most of it is pretty accurate:

And this is my Les Paul "replacement". It's a limited run PRS SE Zack Myers. They made them black for a short while. I refretted with 58118 jescar stainless. Thick neck, very acoustically Loud (unlike most Les Pauls) and 24.5 scale, which I prefer.

While a I agree Guitars are Important but that should be inline with the player a mediocre player as myself does need or benefit from 5K + guitars
so I'm pretty happy with sub 2k-1k (CDN Funds) guitars when initial quality is there and then set up properly

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One of my favourite guitars, unfortunately gone, cost me only about 3 million dong in Vietnam. It was an esp ltd straight from the factory. To this day the best strat style guitar I've ever played.

There’s lots of quality guitars out there that look sound as good and better than Gibsons for Les money.
In some cases a lot Les money.
I doubt it pisses Gibson off though .
Same goes for Fender who make far to many different guitars .
The amount of Gibsons in UK online retailer sales at the moment is through the roof .
I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many .😳

I found this Limited only 200 made edition Pelham Blue HB DC- Junior when moving some guitars yesterday .
I bought this for my son back in July 2021 from Thomann .
It cost £169.00
