I’m very SLO curious myself…. Maybe seen one live once or twice and I bashfully played through a SLO30 for like 2 minutes when I bought my Madison 2x12…. Seems to be one of the more universally praised amps out there from users tho….


Also curious what your end thoughts about mrak III are after trying one? GAS settled or reignited?

I did not try the Mark unfortunately. Their photo guy was using it as a backdrop to snap gear shots. I seriously wanted to try it and both of those Marshalls but he was there for the duration.

I also tried an Aeristedes-wtf-ever and I LOVED it, ugly finish be damned

They had the 30 and I did hemhaw but had to try the 100 if I was going to try anything.

The finished was ugly but it played GREAT. I did not notice any headless weirdness or strangeness from fanned frets. At all. :guiness

I had a cheapie headless and it straight up sucked. I did not plug this one in but it felt awesome to play. Ugh haha

Yeah, took me 3 to strike absolute gold. Makes regular guitars seem rather unwieldy now, for me.

Funny, but I've been playing my Ratt with a SLO 100 model!

Seems like you are having a helluva trip, stoked for you!
