That GC platinum room has hurt my wallet several times. That GC is the best one I’ve ever been in. Also Carter's is a very cool store as well but not crazy about the new location vs the old one.Good goddamn lord just played one through a Friedman 412 at Nashville Platinum Room. Holy fucking fuck this one is on the to do list ASAP.
Also; this wall of Marshall death (Kerry King, JVM)with Mark III cinder block at Carters was pant shitting material

If you aren't into the super mid scooped thing they are a heck of a lot of fun and can cover a pretty wide range. I briefly "had" a 90's one that unfortunately didn't belong to me and went back to its owner after a coupe months. The price tag for a BAD one has kept me at bay, but the Ceriatone for $1600 (without tubes) is on my radar.

Yeah we did the rounds yesterday. GC, Carters, Corner Music, Eastside, Gibson Garage. Ton of great stuff. Oof. The GC rep had me using a Suhr strat that was set up to absolute perfection. Dangerous does not begin to describe it

I'm looking at the red(burst) Strat(ish) thing behind the EBMM and wondering what it could possibly be that would warrant a $3K price tag.BAD. Killer amp. Like holy shit level for my tastes.
I did not try the Mark unfortunately. Their photo guy was using it as a backdrop to snap gear shots. I seriously wanted to try it and both of those Marshalls but he was there for the duration.
I also tried an Aeristedes-wtf-ever and I LOVED it, ugly finish be damned

Odd thing is this guy is originally from a microscopic town 30 minutes away from. Small world! The Suhr at CME I played a month or so ago was underwhelming as fuck. This one was the polar opposite
