My favorite neck profile is a nice chunky Les Paul or C shape Strat - gotta have something to grab. My hand cramps up with thin necks for some reason.

LP slim taper is my happy medium but honestly I love the crao out of the pattern thin neck shape on my ce24. It’s not wizard thin but definitely thinner than anything else I have feels great

I can adapt pretty easily to most neck profiles tho tbh

Congratulations - that looks fantastic :)

I had to go and look up narrowfield pickups….. I knew I’d heard the term before but (living under a rock like my brain does) I wasn’t familiar. I wondered if they were similar to the MFD pickups on G&L (which have their own good thing going on) but apparently not.

Now I know where I’d seen them referred to…. I have a Vela from 2018 / 2019 which is my joint favourite guitar and it’s got the original weird single coil in the neck (think they called it the D style single coil) and I love that thing. The newer ones put in a narrowfield pickup in the Vela neck which I’ve never heard so now I know where I’d come across narrowfield before.

It’s looking like the Vela bridge made it onto this guitar too and again, as the Vela is a thing of joy in every single way, I think I’d like this one too…

niice! i like that its sorta a stealth PRS and i dig the color! one of my favorite guitars i ever played (i almost bought iy but bought my LPC instead) was something like a late 80s early 90s plain as hell double cut mahogany PRS and god that thing sang.
