Greetings enablers!

A few months back I came across a "new" Warmoth reverse cbs neck w/ stainless frets. I say new because it was never used but the the original owner attempted to bolt it to something I'm guessing and screwed up the mounting holes in the process. It came with a nut and left handed tuners installed as well for a cool hundo..

I drilled and plugged the holes as I mulled my options for what to do with it. I decided to embrace the weirdness of a reverse cbs (read ugly) headstock

I came across a purple flake alder body from guitar fetish that was on sale for $80 and a gotoh EV510T-BS for the bridge to match the bling.

I have never owned a guitar with p90's... so in keeping it weird, I found a stacked noise cancelling set on ebay. 3 way tele switch, Volume, Tone

Chrome kill switch because yeah!.... and because I never had one on a guitar before (might swap for a purple one)

One night after a couple barley pops I stumbled upon a laser engraver that does neck plates. I sent in some tribal artwork that a buddy did for my old band that we used for shirts and things..

I named it "Lefty" because Purple Haze was a little too on the nose.... It's a play on the reverse headstock but I'm also left handed... I just learned the play guitar right handed cause it was more accessible as a teenager.

All in I'm under $400 for a ridiculous amount of guitar.

PICS!!

Thanks guys! Glad you like it!

I played guitar for over 20 years before I bought my first strat.. 8 years later I now have 6, the other 5 being some sort of parts caster.

This guitar has reignited my love for stainless frets. Something about the slippery tactile feel..

I should add the neck is CHONKY, baseball bat chonky.. and she weighs 8.7lbs on my bathroom scale

@Sleezy E . Do you have a link to that kill switch? Might try one in my Frankemsteem guitar. Who needs a friggin' tone knob.:grin
Sure thing, it's a Tesi Switch. Probably cheaper options out there but it works great
