My Dad was on transfer in the Aussie Air Force to San Antonio back in the early 70's, then went to Auburn.

So I am stuck with supporting the Cowboys and Auburn forever. The Spurs weren't in town, nor were the Rangers in Texas, and basketball and baseball just didn't have the same impression on me as a little kid.

We are the top of the division.....we beat them at home, without some of our best players.

If you look at the stats. Dead even game.....but we won!

Little story....

As a very emotional sports fan, in my teen years, my dad liked to push me over the edge....you know, for fun.

Well he convinced my mom, who did not know football at all ....to make bets with me.....that Lions vs. Redskins game....yeah that one, back in 1992.....

Needless to say....I was a mess.....and my mom and dad loved it.....not my best day....so yeah, I have unresolved trauma.
