Has anyone got one of these yet and does it live up to the specifications.
If it does this’ll be great. Massively more accurate than the Peterson and even twice the Turbo.
Cheaper and easier to get in Europe. Perfect for intonation. ( if it lives up to the specifications).

The precision of the Turbo is already beyond what I can make use of, but its real advantage is the speed it can lock in to a note. It is so much faster to use live than the Peterson. I get that speed isn't a big deal setting intonation on a bench, but for a quick tune between songs when the rest of the band isn't in to waiting for you it's worth its weight in gold.

This new pedal will need to match the TT in speed and ease of use to get my attention. Interested in seeing some side by side comparisons.

This is exactly the information I am looking for.

I’m interested to see how it performs as well. Accuracy is not had to find but locking onto a note quickly and not jumping around is key. In that way my Polytune is much better than my TU3.

Also wonder if they actually did make a big improvement can they carry that to the Fender TMP?

Yeah that to me is the main advantage of the Turbo Tuner. For accuracy, my Peterson Stroboclip HD or the tuner in my Fractal AM4 is the same, it's just that the Turbo Tuner is just right for really getting into tuning fast.

Turbo tuner is so accurate that it picks up changes in tuning buy you just touching your tuners or how tightly or angled you're holding your guitar. Theres nothing to be gained by having more accuracy. Speed, size, visibility in difficult lighting conditions, durability, price, etc. is what I'd be basing decisions on for any of the top 4-5 tuners on the market. This one looks decent though.

I ordered a Strobo-Sonic Pro with a 10% discount yesterday via Reverb and received it today!

I can honestly say that I prefer the Fender over my ST-300 Turbo Tuner. It matches the TT in stability & speed, and the display is absolutely wonderful.

I haven't tested it outside in bright sunlight, but the the display is very bright and has a light sensor for auto adjustment.

It does not have an internal battery compartment, but it does support power via USB, so it's easily powered using an external USB battery pack.

It's far superior to what I expected and has earned a place on my new pedalboard.

nice. I gotta say though. Tuners are the only pedals I don’t like top jacks as I’m usually just plugging the guitar into the side of it.

That's a valid gripe, but the Strobo-Sonic works great with my new board since it has external I/0 jacks integrated into the board.
