Most Fender fans I know really like the Tonemaster's for what they are. I would buy one if Marshall and Softtube were to pull it off.

Give me a 2204 with 2 identical channels complete with bright cap switches on each channel and I will give you whatever you want.

For a second I did wonder if that was a smallbox 2204 but yeah I think it’s too small for that.

I wonder if they’d do a 20 watt JTM-45 style amp.

My guess it's yet another 20 watter that is not particularly great. Too loud for home, doesn't sound as good as the higher powered models at stage volumes.

Most Fender fans I know really like the Tonemaster's for what they are. I would buy one if Marshall and Softtube were to pull it off.

I totally get the appeal, and Fender is well positioned for those since they are largely tied to iconic combos. At some point I think it doesn’t make sense for any of the big amp makers to ignore the digital space. Marshall could probably print money with something like a TM series of 212 combos of most of their classic amps.

I actually miss the jcm900 I had. I'm not sure why I sold it back in the day and it was so long ago I don't even remember which version I had. All I can remember is it was a 50 watt 2x12.

Hah, I love the little Marshall Acton 1 Bluetooth speaker we have. It looks great and as a speaker is quite decent for what it is.

I actually miss the jcm900 I had. I'm not sure why I sold it back in the day and it was so long ago I don't even remember which version I had. All I can remember is it was a 50 watt 2x12.

I think the JCM900 mk3 and the SL-X are actually modern classics that we haven’t caught up to, but I couldn’t find a lot to love in the dual reverb for some reason. Just wasn’t for me.
