Trying to cash in on the trend?
Hope they are good.
Hopefully none of those. Presumably Rita.So is it the Warhead by Randall or Dime by Dean or Warhead by Krank? er.... who's cashing in this time?
You too can have thin shit tone tone that any bass player would be grateful for. Just ask Rex, you could always hear him.
I only have the Rev1+, would like to try the Krankenstein. The Rev1+ is a polarizing amp. It can be crazy harsh and the clean boost is absolutely useless.Krank’s sounded pretty damn great, basically a modded 800 type amp than anything to do with these solid state chainsaw impersonators.
Kind of shitty PCB layout and some odd design choices but made their way on to lots of albums and sound cool.
I’ve only used the original Revolution Series 1, before they started cutting costs. Has Schumacher transformers and a choke still.I only have the Rev1+, would like to try the Krankenstein. The Rev1+ is a polarizing amp. It can be crazy harsh and the clean boost is absolutely useless.

Sounds killer, not hard to dial in at all, just have to know where to set the sweep knob. Krankenstein is almost identical circuit wise to a Revolution, just some tweaks that Dimebag requested, some of which are dumb (like how they handled the channel/master volume on those). The Revolution has a dipswitch for krankstein mode but i’ve never tridispatch?
