Their marketing people seem to be the only ones left at work. The flood of plugin mails from them might just be their last gasp before death.
Well, that's nice of them.
Water under the bridge by now. Too bad - their plugins are still good though.
Shame it took constant complaint threads for them to speak up finally.
Yeah it's literally painful to watch this stuff unfold. I hope they manage to cross that threshold and get to where their users need them to be.So the development updates which they started doing because they’re so shit at communication and software updates are now just being used to apologise for being shit at communication and software updates?
Nice
What they really should have done is checked with their development team if it was actually possible before tossing it out there on a wing and a prayer pre-launch to try and sell more units. The decision to have PCOM was a stupid one and should have been walked back and cancelled years ago. They're 5 years into release now and only have 4 out of 20 done (I think) its taken most of their resources and there's really nothing special in the plugins that isn't already in the QC. Maybe the rabea synth. They have a weird lineup now too. You've got the nano that only does captures, the plugins that are their own thing and then the QC trying to do all of the above. No new plugins for a while and no real new features on the QC either. OS2.0 for nano was a pretty good upgrade, I'll give them that.

The apology is good enough for me.What a pointless and useless update lol
“The exact thing we’ve been doing for the past five years is unacceptable.”
The apology is good enough for me.Mainly because I'm fine with the QC, and I haven't been sitting on their website hitting F5 and praying for a CorOS update. I've been playing guitar, and using the QC, and it's been great. Looking forward to Rabea compatibility. I'll survive.
