Been dialing things in for a bit now and this is pretty much home base. Bass and Lows both around 9:00 since I'm only running a single 12 in a small room. Pretty wild how everything else ending up settling around noon. Crunch (reduced gain on blue) is off, then both blue and red have the Fat in the middle (tightest), the Voice down (less mid boost and compression), and the bright switch on. Blue mode is easily #1 with the red having more gain and a low mid hump which is very Bogner-ish. Having the gain only about halfway allows things to clean up with the guitar's volume and then both sides sound killer with a PoT in front set on OD. I just ordered a REVV Dual Tilt cause I want a dedicated boost with good EQ to balance neck pups.
Amp's pretty much a one trick pony but DAMN it's such a killer trick!
Which was awesome while rocking a multi-scale 7 string shred machine. Now that I got some really tasty PAFs I need a couple extra tricks.
(anyone want to buy an Ares?)
