For heavy I like the Uber mode on channel 2. Channel one varies a lot depending on what I’m looking for. This amp is just so versatile with good tones to find through out. I don’t really have “go to settings but the metamorphosis I tend to keep around noon. Density around 10 o clock and the gain on both channels is really low even for heavy stuff. I think too much gain on heavy tones doesn’t sound as good nor doesn’t it feel good to play. I don’t like so much gain it feel like your hitting pillow with you pick. That said the Uber has the best feel of any high gain amp I’ve owned…. even at gain levels that are higher than what I go for.
What’s your go-to modes and channel setup? I haven’t really focused on anything because everything is fun to play on it.
