Stupid 6505+ question - can the footswitch access all channels?

When I got my 6505+ I either didn't get a footswitch with it, or I only got a two button footswitch, one of the two. I can't find it anywhere to double check anyway. But... I was always under the impression that the footswitch switched between the two channels, and that you couldn't access crunch mode from a switch. But then I see this:

So am I right in thinking .... channel jumps between the two channels... and crunch turns crunch mode on/off for channel 1? Obviously the effects switch turns the effects loop on and off.

If so.... then I'm gonna have to buy one of these bad bois!

Yep that should work. The original had the same 3 switches and Peavey are economical like that

My Rockmaster preamp has a two button footswitch to control three channels. One button for clean, one to toggle between crunch and ultra. Seeing the image above just gave me a flashback…

Laney VH100R is a bit similar. It has a 4 button footswitch. One is for reverb. Two are for boosts on channel A and B, and then the 4th one is to switch channels. It's kind of cool coz when you're on one channel, you can queue up the state of the other channel before you need it, and then you just hit one switch to jump over.

On the 6505+, from the right:

Button 1 is clean/overdrive
Button 2 is crunch/lead
Button 3 is fx loop on/off

This footswitch should work. Just re-label the buttons if needed.

Seeing that footswitch reminds me of my pre-MIDI pedal days when I'd change presets on my G-Force by hand, sometimes mid-song, and used the loop switch to bring them in and out. I can't remember which amp it was, either one of the 5150's, XXX or my XXL but it would make a loud thump/click when activating the loop and boy....that was unpleasant AF.
