For many years, I couldn’t connect with Marshall amps, until I tried the JVM410H. Damn… this is my choice for chugs when it comes to Marshall amps.
I know all those words but they don’t make sense together.… I couldn’t connect with Marshall amps …
I don't knowBut how does it sound on strings 1-5?
Give it a try of you can!Man other people get some killer tones out of them Marshalls but in the room they just are not my favorite but I have not had the pleasure of trying a JVM410H yet.
I’d also encourage you to try the DSL100H and the JCM900 SL-X.Give it a try of you can!
Had a DSL 100H and I could not get along with it. Felt bad returning it but it just wasn’t pushing my buttons.I’d also encourage you to try the DSL100H and the JCM900 SL-X.
Your buttons may be broke.… but it just wasn’t pushing my buttons.
For sure. The Mark V, JP2C and the Stealth give me the best reach around ever. Only amp I ever returned was the Marshall. It really broke my heart. I spent a lot of time watching demos and thought it was going to be “the one” but no luck. Maybe it was the brand new boogie 2x12 slant unbroken in…not sure.Your buttons may be broke.![]()

I know it's blasphemy but I really need to concentrate on my playing instead of GASing for yet another tube amp.
Same boat but I picked up 2 Peavy heads last week. At least it’s not some other addiction…know it's blasphemy but I really need to concentrate on my playing instead of GASing for yet another tube amp.
Whenever I buy a new amp I keep telling myself "Well it's cheaper than buying a fishing boat."Same boat but I picked up 2 Peavy heads last week. At least it’s not some other addiction…
It’s a lot more like buying an anchor.Whenever I buy a new amp I keep telling myself "Well it's cheaper than buying a fishing boat."
