Multi NGM Catchup - KxK V6, ESP Alexi and ESP M-III

Putting these 3 catch up NGD's in one place, but sorta separate. A couple of months ago my buddy was here and said, you really don't need any more guitars, but you don't have a V. I'm like, "shit, you're right". WTF is wrong with me? Last one I had was an LTD Arrow that just didn't wow me, sound wise.

First up is the one that blew me away the most, the KxK V6. It a symmetrical V in the "style" of a Jackson King V, but made to a frikkin' T. Can a V be made to a T?

EMG 81/85, which I haven't liked in the last couple guitars I've tried, but they work perfect in this guitar. Ziricote fretboard, OG Floyd, perfect balance and she's a player and I'm in love!

KxK is a single man shop somewhere near San Diego, the guy's pretty damn obsessive over detail!

It color changes from black to purplish maroon, and I don't have a lot of light in my office, but you get the gist.

Next up is an ESP Alexi Ripped, actually a Japan Custom Shop, which I never thought I'd buy because the prices are nucking futs. But I pretty much stole this one, think normal production EBMM cost and you'd be right! I guess everyone that really wanted one already had 'em, so it was NOS.

Passive Alexi EMG's and an awesome switchable EQ (battery powered) that gives you some crazy differences, I seem to like it "mostly always on". Sounds great for metal, only thing I'm not crazy for is the chunky ass neck, but I deal.

Inlays are sharp as a mutha, and will CUT YOU:

Last up is a used ESP USA M-III, that I traded my PRS WL 594 for, locally.

Like the other two guitars in this thread, an OG Floyd (I had none for a while and now have 3 Floyd's, lmfao). Bridge is SD Custom 78, and I can't find my paperwork on the SD single coils, lmao.

Fantastic playing and sounding guitar, needed a little fret crowning on a few but I was able to take care of it myself. Guy was heavy handed with a slide, I believe. Has a plain black back, so only showing the front.

Need to get locking tuners, but I wound these on just to prove I can still do it

I think the builder has a similar personality as Neal Peart. He don't like 'no 'tention'. "Near" San Diego is as much as they say!
