I did have a 2001 with detachable cord that I didn't care for. No sure what year this is?

Mine is a later REV G with the Parallel FX Loop.

People nitpick about the revisions and transformers and like all gear forums you get the
Yadda Yadda in spades.

It is what it is.

There are some known issues with failing LDRs in the earlier (pre-2000s) models. Someone
correct/clarify if I got that wrong.

It's a type of resistor that tends to have an higher than average failure rate. Lots of thread about
if you Google Trem-O-Verb and LDR.

This thread inspired me to fire the amp up.

Gonna see if I can route it through a Load Box and into my DAW to see what comes of that.
