Hope you all enjoy time with fam. My wife and I are solo in this world as our folks are long gone. Weird to not do the traditional stuff we used to with parents.
We are going to Bear valley driving in a Ca snowstorm and skiing Christmas day. Wifey's sister's fam have a condo so we will hang them and nephews who also ski so good food and beverages -making new traditions!

man im fucking bumming right now. our drummer, basically my best friend, doesnt have any family. both his parents died a while back. i keep trying to have him come over for my families holidays but he says he just wants to be alone bc when he goes over to friends houses it just makes him feel worse. just fucking hurts my heart when he says stuff like never gets anything for xmas - like thats not what this all about but they passed away when he was pretty young so its just really messed up. sucks that some people out there dont have anyone. im debating just showing at up his house and trying to get him to come over but i dont want him to be mad at me bc i have already invited him a few times. im going to get him a present today but the whole thing just bums me out.
