Megadeth, consistently better solos and grooves. Better lyrics. Even the questionable albums were more interesting.

Overall Metallica because of nostalgia, but for me:

80s -Metallica
90s - Megadeth
2000s - Neither Metallica (I liked Death Magnetic)
2010s - Megadeth
2020s - ???

If Megadeth had only ever made purely instrumental music (or if George Michael had been their singer), I might have voted differently today.

Why not both meme response with a definite nod to Megadeth overall. Even though they have released more than their share of turds; I have actively liked their material beyond their prime quite a bit vs. Metallica's output which for me was done after Justice. They redeem themselves on the live front though.
