I think the rockman clean tone is great. The traditional I want to sound like Boston distortion starter kit, though? No. Thank. You.

MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH better associated tone memoryI always think of Chris Poland's lead tone with Megadeth with the dirty tone.
There's been a PCB for this out for a few years - done by the cloners.I can’t believe it has taken so many years for someone to do this. Very cool!

Years ago, the " Gear Fashionistas" raged about the Rockman, then when the next trendy gear came into vogue, they abandoned the Rockman, like little "Boy Band" Girley Men", for the next Big Thing in gear, like Duran Duran for New Kids On The Block.
This shows you that older gear is still relevant, no mater what the the Gear Fashionistas/Snivel Snot / Nagging Ninnies say.
You've Been Valvulated!™Ooh, Gear Fashionista! Can I be one?!
