Line 6 Helix Stadium Pre-Launch Discussion

I feel like, while Proxy amps won't be used (for playing) by as many people as those who demanded it believe, or at least not more than Agoura models, the marketplace will at least make some revenue to make its implementation worth it.
The best part is you don’t have to think about it when stadium has both. How many rigs do we see with tonex in the loop of a fm3 or other device, just having it all in one is very smart.

And like that, we know two more channels that will make up the 39 Agoura guitar and bass channels for 1.0.....
You can probably guess at a lot of them as they are definitely following a pattern of most recent
Tim Pierce said the Marshall’s plural are incredible so likely an 800 and Plexi are there
The dripman was in the bass catagory but it’s a great guitar amp too and it likely there
So out of 16 w known and guesses

XTC Hiwatt, AC30, Fender Dlx. Verb , 2203 , Plexi
5153, Revv, Dripman
Probably the Fender Super and Princeton as they are pretty recent

That would be 10 of the 16
You only have 6 to go and likely one of the Mesas
Recto Mark or Lonestar are there

I would also guess to look at metallurgy as they have the graphic 3D models already completed

Just gimme a SLO, 800, and Mark IV.

If the fm9 next version has a touchscreen it will make things interesting
It's not just a matter of slapping a touchscreen on, though. I'd put my money on Agoura modeling eclipsing Cygnus (or whatever FAS' latest is called) before FAS develops a UI/UX to rival the Stadium's. Thus far, FAS hasn't even expressed an interest in trying. But anything's possible I guess. :idk

See that’s why I find you not liking the 5150 , Invective and 5153 interesting as they are all based on that SLO cold clipper circuit ,so the gain structure have a lot of similarities IMO

Get ready for this: I like Rectifiers too.

If any of the 5150 variants sounded like an SLO to me, I’d probably own one. I’m obviously well aware of the lineage of all of them. I just have never gelled with 5150’s.

Just so I’m being clear, I’m not saying no one is allowed to like them. I’m just saying I don’t like them. 🤣

that's fair I do not particularly care for a Sunn Model T . but many love that amp
