I was thinking more along the lines of updated Variax tech with recent Yamaha’s like the Revstars or Pacifica Professional or Standard Plus.

These were no really good guitars. Wouldn't want to play them often. Far away from any of the somewhat mid to higher priced Pacificas. Especially the vibrato system was horrible IMO - and that's pretty much the thing you'd have to keep intact for the Variax part.

A load of internet nobodies who think they're important and have nothing remotely useful to contribute. Pathetic and hilarious.
