I bought one in 2017 for the equivalent of $400 US, here in Canada. Now that was a good deal (and from a store, with warranty on the tubes, 30-day return, etc).
 
Mesas have definitely gone up in price on the used market here, overall. Seems to have started with the Triple Crown series (which was also before the recent price increases, so not necessarily related).

Prior to that, you could get almost any Mesa head or combo for around $800, which would be like $500-600 US.
 
I think the cheapest I’ve ever seen Dual Recs has been $850 in the early 00’s, but once the Single Recs started popping up on the used market more and more it seemed the Dual Recs jumped up until they reached the prices they’re at now.
