I’m not sure what it’s based on. I dig the Q on the mids for the edge of breakup tones.

I actually don't feel like spending >€200 on an overdrive pedal (because that's very likely what it'll cost over here, their Angry Charlie is 229). but this actually triggers my GAS quite a bit. Semiparametric mids pre-drive is exactly what my doctor ordered.

Oh, €229 at Thomann already. Still gas-ing, but in general, that's quite steep for a single switch drive pedal.

I really like the Violet. I don't really need another OD pedal. But, if I get the itch to buy another one, this will probably be it.

I’m not needing another drive pedal, but I’m really intrigued by this one. The parametric mids EQ control is just such a good idea! Plus it seems it can do lighter bluesbreaker tones too.

It is apparently Angry Charlie-ish, modded Haunting Mids at the front of the pedal, and hard sym LED clipping.
