The joys of pedal stacking

The JHF1 is really a modern classic that flies under the radar IMO. It’s so close to my favorite Ge fuzz with none of the characteristic instability.

It surprised me the first time I tried one!

I was a bit of a fuzz snob at the time and the red Dunlop FF that was available at the time wasn’t very good, so I didn’t expect much from them. But it became my favorite FF

Never played one of those or had any of those transistors to mess about with. Would love to try one. I built a sun face with some really old bc183LCs which I love. My favourite three fuzz face versions are my sunface bc183 clone, JHF1 and a Thorpyfx Tacit Blue clone.

I played a BART Sunface once. I now own two of them.

I think that I read that it was in another thread, but I can't be trusted. :ROFLMAO:

Now that's funny!

:rofl

I plugged straight all this past weekend and had a blast. Going to do it more often. I just love
the tactile immediacy of guitar/cable/amp/speaker. :chef

I also love having 13 different ingredients in series, too.
I was flip flopping between this thread and (ewwww) FB and saw that meme pop up. Instant post fodder :pickle :ROFLMAO:
